Modular Kitchen Design
Córdoba, ArgentinaSophi is an architect-led project from Córdoba, Argentina. We design compact, space-saving modular kitchens for real estate developers and source cabinetry, appliances and hardware from manufacturers in China.

Standardised kitchen modules: cabinets, built-in appliances, sink, tap, hardware and worktop.
Model
One design, repeated across every unit of a building. Pilot order first, recurring orders per project.
What we do
We work on the full kitchen as one package, from the drawings to the components that go inside it, so a developer can fit the same kitchen in every apartment of a building.
Design
Architect-led layouts for small and medium apartments. Full drawings in millimetres, appliance integration and finishes selected for the Argentine market.
Sourcing
We evaluate and work with manufacturers for each component:
- Cabinet carcasses and fronts, flat-pack (RTA)
- Built-in appliances: oven, hob, hood, microwave, fridge
- Sinks, taps and hardware
- Stone and quartz worktops
Supply to developers
Import, delivery and installation coordination in Córdoba. Several kitchens per building, with the same specification across units.
Reference design
Current concept for the first module. Dimensions, materials and appliance list are being finalised with suppliers; these renders show the intended look.
For manufacturers
We are evaluating suppliers for a pilot order, with recurring orders if the project works. If you make any of the components above, this is what we need to move forward.

- Own factory, with the address where the exact model is produced.
- Drawings
- Production from our drawings, in millimetres.
- Packing
- Flat-pack / RTA, suitable for container shipping.
- Samples
- Sample cost and shipping quoted separately, delivered to Córdoba, Argentina.
- Pricing
- Price with its Incoterm (EXW or FOB, with port), MOQ and lead time.
- Appliances
- 220 V / 50 Hz, technical data sheet and certificates for the exact model.
